Red Deer Minor Basketball Association (RDMBA) strongly believes in fostering the development of its coaches, officials, parents and especially the athletes, which is why we have adopted our Fair Play Policy.

Fair Play by definition is based on three main principles – integrity, fairness, and above all respect. Fair Play does not always refer to equal playing time. It is important for all involved to remember that this is a competitive basketball program. It is expected that players dedicate themselves to the team and show their commitment, skills, and team work ethic to build the culture of the team while respecting that not every player will get the same amount of time on the court.

RDMBA encourages all coaches to foster positive skills, character, and culture for all players selected for Ravens teams.
